One of the best videos I’ve ever seen about Large Language Models. Probably no the best fancy slides or visuals and the sound quality is not perfect, but highly recommended. The guy is a fourth-year CS PhD student and his research focuses on improving the effectiveness of AI when resources are scarce. This lecture provides a concise overview of building a GPT-like model, covering both pretraining and post-training. I recommend to book 2-3 hours to see it, take some notes and revisit the important topics. You can also do some cool stuff like uploading the video into Humata so anyone can talk to the video and get some follow up questions with references and timestamps. This is probably the best way you can spend your 2-3 spare hours of the week if you really want to learn more about LLMs. 🎥 Link to the video: https://lnkd.in/d6R5FKUd #ai #stanford #llm #genai
