Touchdown Koç University for Kamp'25! An incredible weekend full of insights, connections, and meaningful conversations. We met with students, shared our culture and journey, tackled case studies, created content, and hosted mock interviews all in person. It was a full-circle moment, especially since we have Koç University graduates on our team 🚀 Huge thanks to Marketing Club of Koç University for making this happen 🤜🤛 And this is just the beginning. 2020’den bu zamana dek parçası olduğum ve ilk çalışanı olarak başladığım Codeway’de bu hafta 5. yıl dönümümü kutladık. Bu özel haftayla birlikte, 5 yıla dönüp baktığımda; başarı hikayelerimizi, hedeflediklerimizin hep daha da üstüne çıktığımızı, ilk günden beri hayal ettiğimiz şirket kültürünü gerçeğe dönüştürdüğümüzü ve alanında en yetenekli insanlardan oluşan bir ekip kurma vizyonumuzun ne kadar üst düzeyde gerçekleştiğini görüyorum. Tüm bu hedefleri gerçekleştirmek arka planda cok ciddi zaman, emek, araştırma, en doğru uygulamaları sentezleyerek kendi vizyonumuza entegre etme becerisi gerektiriyor. Bunu ortaya çıkarabilmemde her zaman takım arkadaşlarına güvenen, özgür bırakan, hiç bir zaman desteklerini esirgemeyen ve vizyonlarıyla bizleri her zaman etkileyen Anıl Şimşek ve Tolunay Tosun’ın etkisi çok büyük. Ve tabii ki bu bir takım oyunu, bu süreçte Codeway’i kendi şirketi gibi benimseyip, tam anlamıyla bir 21.yy şirketi olmamızın her anına katkı sağlayan takım arkadaşlarımız yolumuzu her zaman güzelleştirdiler, kolaylaştırdılar. Bugün geldiğimiz noktada; 3 kişi çalıştığımız minik geçici ofisimizden, 5 yıl içerisinde 2 büyük ofise sığamadığımız 270 kişilik bir takımla çalışıyor olmak aynı anda birden çok duyguyu bir arada yaşatıyor. Gururluyum, duyguluyum, hala başaracaklarımız için aynı heyecanı taşımaya devam ediyorum. Geçtiğimiz 5 yıl ise bana; birçok başarı hikayesi, birbirinden farklı yüzlerce yeni karakterle bir arada çalışma deneyimi, yürütülen yüzlerce proje, bazen zorluk, büyüme sancılarının getirdiği değişimleri esneklikle göğüsleme çabaları ve her şeye rağmen ilk günkü heyecanımızı korumak, hala yeni başlıyormuş gibi hissetmenin bize verdiği inanç ve gücü anımsatıyor. Bu yolculuğun ilk 5 yılı çok güzeldi, bundan daha güzel bir şey varsa da bu yolu yürüdüğüm insanlardı. Hepsine teşekkür ediyorum. Önümüzdeki nice 5 yıllar için ise sabırsızlanıyorum. 🫶🏻
